Bottle label packaging

Bottle film in roll, normally used for high speed automatic labeling machine. Such as top brand Coca cola, McCormick, Pepsi etc...BOPP/pearl BOPP material structure is commonly used for this bottle label film, as well as single layer BOPP. In addition, shrink film such as PET or PVC, will be also produced in tube style, but offered in rolls for labeling. It will shrink to bottle shape when heated by high temperature.

Food & Beverage packaging

Compared with premade pouches for food packaging, automatic packaging films are more widely used for food products, such as bakery goods, snack food, candy, and powdered drink mixes etc. It can speed up the packing and reduce the labor and packaging cost. Our film laminations are trusted by top brands in world, as well as smaller ones. We custom-engineer and manufacture flexible packaging films for pouches based on your products’ unique formulations, project life cycles, distribution methods, and filling equipment.

Sauce packaging

Except the large packaging bag for sauce, small satchet is also very popular for carried away sauce packaging. Such as the ketchup or mayonnaise sauce we used in KFC and Mcdonald. Its fast moving consumer goods and very cheap or free cost, so traditional premade pouch is not a good choice for it. It has to use this rollstock for automatic packing machine due to fast packing speed and low cost. PET/White PE is the commonly-use material structure. For higher barrier can choose PET/AL/PE.

Personal care packaging

Packaging film for the personal care is normally used for baby wipe tissue and shampoo. It will be more convenience for consumer to take this plastic bag packaged tissue. PET/White PE is normal choice for baby tissue, due to the low cost and fast packing speed, the cost is much lower than plastic container packaging.Instead of bottle packing for shampoo, the small sachet packaging is the better choice for consumer to carry during travel. And It also can be free gift for consumer due to low cost, cheap choice to do the advertising of your shampoo brand.
